Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Personal Protective Concepts LLC (“PPC”). By accessing or using our website, services, or participating in any of our programs, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
 

1. Use of Services
 

PPC provides consulting, training, safety staffing, and educational resources to individuals, organizations, and government agencies. By engaging with our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have appropriate parental consent if under 18.
 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

2. Intellectual Property
 

All content created and shared by PPC—including training materials, slide decks, curricula, logos, videos, and documents—is the intellectual property of PPC and protected under copyright laws.
 

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any PPC content without prior written consent.

3. Payment, Cancellations, and Refunds
 

All payments for services, training, or staffing must be made according to the terms in your proposal, invoice, or registration form.
   •    Workshops & Events: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior for a refund (minus processing fees, if applicable).
   •    Consulting & Staffing: Terms are outlined in the client agreement; typically, cancellations require 7 days’ notice.
   •    No-Shows: Clients who do not attend scheduled sessions may forfeit payment unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Client Responsibilities
 

Clients engaging PPC agree to:
   •    Provide a safe and respectful working environment for our team.
   •    Follow all safety instructions during in-person training or security operations.
   •    Notify PPC promptly of any concerns, incidents, or feedback.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
 

All services and materials are provided “as is.” PPC makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from training, consulting, or staffing engagements.
 

Participants in physical or self-defense trainings assume all risk. We recommend checking with your physician before participating in any physical activity.

6. Limitation of Liability
 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PPC, its officers, contractors, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including physical injuries, financial loss, or reputational harm.

7. Privacy Policy
 

By using our website or services, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information. We do not sell or share client data without consent, unless required by law.

8. Governing Law
 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Modifications to These Terms
 

PPC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
